The result came in the Brow Lamination Pro category at the Oscars Online Global Competition 2026, an international competition for lash, brow and PMU artists, now in its ninth year. Artists from around the world submit finished work, and a professional jury assesses every entry on precision, shape, balance and finish.

3rd international place for the brow lamination awards

Competition work asks for restraint as much as skill. A laminated brow can easily be pushed too far: too lifted, too uniform, too much. The work that places is the work that understands the natural brow first, builds a clean shape around it, and finishes with a look that suits the face it belongs to.

That is how Izumi approaches brow lamination at En Beauty. Every treatment begins with Niawase, the Japanese principle of matching beautifully: mapping your face and your natural brow, then choosing what would genuinely suit you, not a trend.

This placement joins a competition record built over 18 years of practice: Best in Show and Top 5 Volume Lash at the Artistic Fur Lash International Competition in London, first place in both Volume and Classic Lash at the New Zealand Lashes Competition, and third place in the Sunshine Pro Series across Australia and New Zealand. If you are thinking about brow lamination, you can book a consultation, read about brows that have been thin for a long time if yours have been through years of plucking, or browse every brow treatment at the studio. It all starts the same way, with a conversation about what would suit you.
