These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and memberships provided by En Beauty.
1. Patch Testing
For certain treatments such as lash lifts and tints, a patch test may be required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This is to ensure your safety and minimise risk of allergic reactions. If you choose to waive the patch test, you do so at your own risk.
2. Age Restrictions
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Written consent may be required for certain services.
3. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may compromise your safety, or if a client’s conduct is inappropriate or disrespectful.
4. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure your safety and comfort, En Beauty is not liable for adverse outcomes where:
• Aftercare instructions are not followed
• Relevant medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed at the time of booking
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
Online Store Terms
These terms apply to purchases made through the En Beauty online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below in addition to our general service terms.
Products
All products sold through our online store are physical goods shipped within New Zealand only. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, however minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Product purchases made through our website are subject to our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 NZD unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or factors outside our control.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or dispatched.
Returns and Refunds

Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
Hygiene and Safety
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products unless required by law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, En Beauty is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
En Circle Membership Terms
En Circle Membership is an optional monthly subscription for loyal clients and includes the following terms:
Membership Fee:
$35 NZD per month, billed automatically.
Member Benefits:
• 25% off full-priced treatments
• 5% off full-priced retail products
• Priority booking - exclusive early morning or late-night appointments with no surcharge
• Birthday gift once per year
Non-transferable:
Membership benefits apply only to the named subscriber and cannot be shared or transferred.
Cancellation Policy
After the 3-month minimum, you may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice (via email or message).
Refunds:
Membership payments are non-refundable.
Pause Policy:
Pausing is not generally available due to the low monthly fee.
In special cases (e.g., medical or long travel over 4 weeks), a pause of up to 2 months per calendar year can be requested in writing. Membership benefits cannot be carried forward or rolled over.
Programme Changes:
We may update pricing or benefits with 30 days’ notice.
