Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 NZD, unless otherwise stated.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Returns & Refunds

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos where applicable.
You will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used beauty products, unless required by law.
Unopened items may be eligible for return at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
