CANCELLATION POLICY

At En Beauty, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We keep a small, considered schedule so that each client receives Izumi's full attention, which means your time, and ours, is genuinely valuable. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Appointments & Services:

We appreciate your time, and ours. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
 
•No-shows or late cancellations may result in a 50–100% fee.
•En Circle members are allowed one late cancellation per calendar year without penalty.
•If you’re running late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays.
 
To cancel or reschedule, please use your Fresha booking link or call/text us directly.

This cancellation policy applies to appointments and services only. For product purchases, shipping, returns, and refunds, please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy.

Why we ask for notice
Lash and brow appointments at En Beauty are longer, more detailed sessions than a typical beauty appointment. A full set of lash extensions takes up to two and a half hours, and when a booking is cancelled without notice, that time cannot be filled on short notice. Your consideration helps us keep the schedule running smoothly for every client.

En Beauty is located at B2/129 Onewa Road, Northcote, Auckland. Free parking is available on site.
