Which Green Peel Is Best for Me? A Guide to the Three Methods.

One of the most common questions I get from clients interested in Green Peel is: which one should I have? The answer depends entirely on your skin, its current condition, your concerns, your lifestyle, and how much downtime you're able to manage.
Green Peel isn't a single treatment. It's a system with three distinct methods, each designed for a different level of skin renewal and a different set of concerns. Here's how to think about each one.

The Three Methods Fresh Up
Benefits: Instantly refreshed and glowing skin, smoother texture, improved hydration and radiance with no recovery time needed.
Good for: First-time Green Peel clients sensitive or reactive skin, anyone wanting a regular skin maintenance treatment, or those preparing their skin before a more intensive method. A great option if you have a busy schedule and can't afford any downtime.
Energy
Benefits: Deeper cell renewal, reduced congestion and pore visibility, more even skin tone, and a noticeable improvement in overall skin quality. Some light flaking may occur in the days following, but it is generally subtle and settles quickly.
Good for: Clients dealing with mild pigmentation, early signs of ageing, uneven texture, or congested and dull skin. Minimal downtime makes this a popular choice for those wanting stronger results without taking time off.
Classic
Benefits: The most powerful renewal the Green Peel system offers. Significant improvement in skin texture, visible reduction in acne scarring, deep pigmentation, and pronounced signs of ageing. The skin visibly peels from around day 3 and the process completes by day 5 at your follow-up Beauty Finish appointment. Results can be dramatic and long-lasting.
Good for: Acne scarring, deeper pigmentation, significant texture irregularities, or more advanced signs of ageing. Also suited to clients who have already experienced lighter Green Peel methods and are ready to go further. Plan for 5–7 days of reduced social commitments.

How to Choose
If you're new to Green Peel, I almost always recommend starting with Fresh Up or Energy, not because the others aren't appropriate, but because understanding how your skin responds gives us better information for planning what comes next. At En Beauty in Auckland, I approach this the same way with every new client. Some clients are pleasantly surprised by how much Fresh Up alone achieves. Others progress quickly and find that a Classic treatment every few months is exactly what their skin needs.
The most honest answer to "which one is best for me?" is: come in for a consultation and we'll look at your skin together. What I see in person will always give us a clearer picture than any checklist could.
